The AHA NSW’s Legal and Industrial Affairs team is a key component in the Association’s delivery of services to members and upkeep of the broader hospitality industry.

The primary function of the team is to provide strategic advice and representation to the Association and its members on a range of legal and industrial matters including employment law and industrial relations; liquor licensing; gaming; compliance and commercial contracts.
