Legal services are provided to AHA NSW members through HTA Legal, a legal practice established, owned and operated by the Association for the benefit of its members. Services include unfair dismissal, general protections claims, underpayment claims, Fair Work Ombudsman investigations/prosecutions, enterprise agreements and general discrimination claims. In addition, HTA Legal now provides a specialist liquor licensing and compliance service in addition to our traditional employment and industrial relations practice. Discounted and subsidised fee arrangements are available for the exclusive benefit of our members who are clients of HTA Legal.
